will find a quaint, old style motel convent to gas, food and shopping. This might not be
the newest or fanciest place you have ever stayed, but the rooms are clean and the
employees are some of the friendliest you would want to meet.
With only 20 rooms you might want to make a reservation and don't forget to visit downtown
Walsenburg for shopping and history of the old west and coal mining at the museums.

Located at exit 34 on the southern end of I-25, Amato's Truck Stop offers fuel and
food services along with amenities for truckers. The restaurant is open from 5 AM to 11PM
7 days per week, and there are 3 acres of parking for big rigs. This hotspot is schuled to
be operational on, or before April 20, 2008.

Just off Walsenburg exit 52 on HWY 85 & 87, the Acorn
Phillips 66 offers truckers competitive fuel prices along with an A&W on site. In
addition, their are three restaurants and two motels within walking distance.
